Quality Controls That Control Consistency
At Avery Dennison, our manufacturing capabilities, centralized data management systems and process controls translate directly into preprinted tags and labels that are both consistent and accurate, no matter where they are produced.
Initially, programs are developed at one “host” site where they’re subjected to rigorous data integrity testing and quality control procedures. Upon successful testing, program details are electronically transmitted to other global ticket centers for production.
Once production begins, product quality is continuously checked using state-of-the-art scanners to verify color and graphic quality, as well as barcode accuracy. What’s more, all program information and data transmissions are monitored through our global order management systems, which deliver on-demand order status and shipping information for any order from any location worldwide.
