15. Virtual Control Panel

 

PCMate Platinum fully integrates with the SNAP 700 printer. When the software detects the SNAP printer, it displays a "Virtual Control Panel" at the bottom of the screen. This panel gives the operator full control over the printer, including:

• Start and stopping the printer from the PC
• Reviewing status lights and error conditions
• Selecting the voice prompt language
• Print and cut adjustments
• Printer firmware upgrades
• Total cuts, inches, and labels printed
